The Accentuation of Pronouns in the Poem «Hireling» by T. Shevchenko

Abstract
Today the accentology is the least explored element in Ukrainian linguistics. The scientific researches in this field are going in two main areas, namely: the history of Ukrainian accent beginning from the latest praslavic period to the present time and the history of Ukrainian literary emphasis. To study of the problems of becoming Ukrainian literary accent the topical is its research in poetry writers of the end of XVIII–XIX centuries, which has not only theoretical but also considerable practical importance because it allows you to specify rules of accentuation words in the modern Ukrainian literary language. Therefore, the purpose of the submitted research is to ascertain the accent of the pronouns in the poem "Hireling" by T. Shevchenko in comparison with their emphasis in the modern Ukrainian literary language. In scientific grammar the pronoun is the most versatile on the semantics and grammatical features the of word classes. In accent terms it is not associated with the main emphasis grammatical word classes, and therefore do not play a significant role in covering the making, development and operation of general accentual system. A specific feature of its accent is that the vast majority of tokens are used with the mobile emphasis, namely when they operate mostly conjugation with the flexion accent, and under certain conditions – to root in a few cases have fixed accentuation. Also a significant role in accentuation of case forms of pronouns play the prepositions with which they act. In the poem "Hireling" the pronouns that are fixed by us form the paradigm of root accent (Accent Group H) and the flexion accent (Accent Group F) and the movable accent (accent group P). The comparing of accent of pronouns found in the poem with the pronouns in the current lexicographical sources shown that there are differences. Therefore we can say that at the time of writing poetic work the accent standards of Ukrainian language have been established.
