THE ACTIVITY OF THE FACULTY AS A STRUCTURAL SUBDIVISION OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INTERNAL AUTONOMY OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract
The article outlines the main principles of the internal autonomy of the Mohyla School of Journalism (Faculty of Social Sciences and Social Technologies) of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the Department of Journalism at the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communications of the Lugansk National Taras Shevchenko University within the framework of higher educational establishments or structural subdivisions. In fact, this is about the «decentralization» of managing the organization of the educational process in these divisions. The author makes a qualitative comparative analysis in order to show in the dynamics, which key principles of internal autonomy embodied in practice. The author also shows what principles of autonomy can implemented in the near future.
