THE AUTHORITY OF THE ANTIMONOPOLY COMMITTEE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article author considers powers of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine in the sphere of intellectual property. The author analyzes the provisions of legal acts in this area, which resulted in a collision of the norms of the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Laws of Ukraine “On Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine”, “Protection against Economic Competition”, “Protection against Unfair Competition”. Based on the study, proposals are made in the current legislation.
