The concept and essence of the right to collective bargaining in the practice of the European Court of Human Rights.

Abstract
The article examines the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in cases involving the protection of the right to collective bargaining. Features of the evolutionary interpretation by the European Court of Hu- man Rights of the provisions of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms are highlighted. Attention is drawn to the position of the European Court of Human Rights that although the right to collective bargaining is not enshrined in the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, it is protected by the European Court of Human Rights, given that it is an organic element of the right to an association. The author indicates possible ways of applying the practice of the European Court of Human Rights in cases concerning the protection of the right to collective bargaining in national lawmaking and law enforcement activities.
