THE CONCEPT OF CONSTRUCTION OF SCHOOL CURRICULAMS AND PROGRAMS FROM FOREIGN LANGUAGES FOR PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN UKRAINE (1960-2018-S).

Abstract
The article analyzes the main peculiarities of school foreign language programs construction for the 1960-2018-s. Their structure and content component; compliance requirements for the content of foreign language in primary school learning are studied. The characteristics of curricula and programs of study period outlined are determined. Nowadays it is deemed that process of learning English must be supported by ideas of competence based approach. Its implementation is to encourage development of practically orientated communicative skills which are an indispensable characteristic of a person living in multicultural and competitive world.
