The contribution of management ethics in raising the level of job performance within the organization With reference to the University of Tahri Mohammed - Bechar

Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent of the contribution of the administrative ethics in the development of the level of the functional performance of the individual. Ausi, elleaspire to reiterate the reflection about the integration of the ethical dimension within the administration, to improve the functional performance, the latter being the cornerstone for the modernization of the functioning of the whole of the organization. Something that reflects on the performance of the human component in particular, and how it performs the tasks entrusted to it. Also, a case study conducted at the University of Tahri Mohamed Béchar was conducted, which demonstrated through SPSS analyzes the positive correlation between ethics and functional performance.
