THE CONTRIBUTION OF O. F. KISTYAKIVSKYY TO FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE UKRAINIAN LAW

Abstract
Scientific activity of O. F. Kistyakivskyy is analyzed in the article, taking into account modern methods of conducting legal studies. The scientist's main works is characterized. The degree of study of the problem by the Ukrainian and world scientists is clarified, the dynamics and evolution of the methodological preferences of O. F. Kistyakivskyy are traced. The factors contributing to the formation of his scientific priorities are determined. It is proved that the multifaceted scientific potential of A. F. Kistyakivskyy is an integral part of Ukrainian jurisprudence of the end of XIX – early XX century.
