The criminological characteristics of the personality of the criminal, who was perfected illegal treatment of weapons, combat parts or explosives

Abstract
In the article the criminological study of offender who has committed a illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives. Analysis of the various scientific approaches on this issue, the study of statistics, gave an opportunity to highlight the socio-demographic, psychological and penal signs of offender, who has committed willful failure to perform its obligations under the care of a child or a person against whom the custody or guardianship and make his criminological portrait.
