Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of crimes against justice, as well as the commission of such crimes by special actors such as an investigator and an employee of the operative-search activity unit. The statistics of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine and the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine are presented, which shows the state of implementation of justice in Ukraine in recent years.
