THE DIFFERENT VIEWPOINTS ON THE PROBLEM OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A SOCIAL WORKER

Abstract
The article analyzes the problem of forming the professional competence in a social worker in the format of a multi-vector nature with the emphasis it placed on the scientific positions of leading native and foreign researchers. Described the interdisciplinarity and multidisciplinary character of this phenomenon. The role and importance of competence in the professional field of forming the professional competence of a social worker are singled out. The understanding the concept "communicative competence" in the interpretations of modern scientists and its function in the preparation of the future social worker is considered. This competence, moreover, is integral with attitudes, values, and motivations concerning language, its features and uses, and integral with competence for, and attitudes toward, the interrelation of language with the other code of communicative conduct.
