Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of emerging instrument for dealing with transboundary negative impact of anticompetitive business practices – the «effect doctrine». Key case-law are studied within this research with regard practical resolution of cases involving anticompetitive business practices that caused transboundary negative impact on competition. Brief analysis is outlined regarding «effect doctrine» compliance with general principles of international law as well as possibility of its further application in similar cases.
