THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC AND LEGAL REGULATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept and content of the economic-legal regulation mechanism’s effectiveness. The value of efficiency of the mechanism of economic-legal regulation was substantiated in two aspects: as the internal attributes of the mechanism, and as a result of its actions.
