THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRADITIONAL AND MODERN TEACHING METHODS AT HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
In this article it is analyzed traditional and new teaching methods in higher school. The author researches the role, functions of teaching methods and the conditions of their effective implementation, depending on the educational level. At the beginning of research study it is distinguished modern educational trends that encourage the use of both classical and heuristic approach to education.
