The electoral process is mixed system (on the example of the election to The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from Volyn areas in 1998, 2002, 2012 and 2014)

Abstract
The main task of research is to investigate electoral process by establishing a mixed system as representation institute of people expression in the regional context. The process of formation the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from Volyn region in 1998, 2002, 2012 and 2014 elections is researched in the article. The article revealed, based on statistical data of the Central Election Commission, the composition of the political forces that ran them were representatives of parliamentary mandates. The article established the role of the process of forming the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from Volyn region for the development of parliamentarianism in general.
