THE FEATURES OF INNOVATION IN THE RESORT-STYLE HOTEL PROJECTS

Abstract
The main aspects of the formation and development of the resort business in Ukraine were discussed in the article. The importance of the basic properties of the resorts is revitalization and it was proved in the research. We gave the special attention to the means of accommodation – resorts. The main trends of innovations in the resort-style projects were analyzed by the authors. We have emphasized the need for various types of innovation - namely, architectural and planning, organizational, structural, nomenclature, medical and methodological, financial, economic, human. The systematization of new approaches to the development of projects or the reconstruction of existing objects with the creation of the resort-style hotel was carried out.
