THE FORMATION OF SKILLS OF ENGLISH DIALOGICAL SPEECH OF STUDENTS (1-2 COURSES) OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES FACULTY

Abstract
Abstract. This problem was examined in the following perspectives: the scientific and methodological basis of future professionals’ training (I. Bech, V. Kremen, N. Nychkalo), the theoretical basis of learning of foreign language (O. Bihych, A. Bogush, S. Nikolaeva, L. Panova, S. Tezikova), the training of dialogical speech of students (R. Martynova, V. Skalkin, O. Tarnopolsky). The dialogue is a form of speech, in which there is a direct exchange of replicas between two or more interlocutors. For dialogue is characteristic the elliptical phrases, short answers, the presence of linguistic cliches. According to a scientific approach all the exercises for the formation of English dialogical speech should be classified into two types such as linguistic, quasi2communicative, and communicative. Here are some examples of linguistic exercises that were offered to students: find in the novel of J. Galsworthy «Acme» dialogues and name those lexical units, in which the author begins, supports conversation of the two main characters; translate the dialogues. The quasi2 communicative exercises: complete the second conversation between the author and Bruce; combine different dialogues in a coherent detailed discussion of the main characters. The communicative exercises: analyze the author’s hesitation to tell the truth to Bruce; describe the last dialogue stories, why it was incomplete? The prospects of the study of this problem provide the elaboration of exercises to form the English monologue of students at the initial stage of training.
