THE IDEA OF TECHNIQUE AS A PREREQUISITE FOR THE FORMATION OF A TECHNOLOGICAL PARADIGM OF CRIMINALISTICS

Abstract
The article defines the separate components of the doctrine of forensic technology, based on a technological paradigm that can explain the emerging problems of criminalistics science and determine the ways to solve them. But before proceeding to the analysis of the technological paradigm of criminalistics, one must turn to the problem of the emergence of the very idea of technique, its transformation in the historical and philosophical space of mankind, after all, it played a fundamental role in the formation of criminalistics science as a science, and at the present time – the doctrine of criminalistics technology. Thematic research is relevant for the further development of forensic knowledge, judicial, prosecutorial, investigative, advocacy, expert practice.
