THE IMPACT OF COACHING ON BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Business management, based on the modern methods of the staff motivation, is an inseparable element of the present-day human resources administration. In the human resources management more often is seen a need to introduce newer and more effective methods of the personnel motivation, to increase efficiency and improve the results of the company. Business managers, constantly striving to the perfection and development of their companies, notice, that coaching more and more affects on an appreciation of the motivation of their employees, and what is more on the increase of the company profits. Effectively introducing coaching, with the help of the high specialized experts – coaches, having faculties, given by word-wide known schools of coaching and having proper certificates of the universities, either in coaching, and a great business experience, is an efficient antidote for an all-embracing crisis. Crisis, which can be overcome, starting from ourselves. Coaching helps to achieve extraordinary results, either in the occupational and personal life, it can free human's mind and potential, can release leaders' creativity. It lets to see wider on a present aspect of the affair, and to see things from the other side. Nowadays, when so often we can hear a word crisis, and we are still thinking about it, coaching is the efficient remedy to overcome it. To overcome it, mainly in our minds. An efficient coaching leads us to the visions of the desired success, and from this point there is only one step to realise it.
