The influence of international labour law on the formation of the Ukrainian labour legislation

Abstract
In the article, on the base of norms of national and international legislation about labour, taking into account the need for the adoption of the new Labour Code of Ukraine, was studied the influence of international labour law on the formation of the Ukrainian labour legislation. Is analyzed the com- pliance of the labour code of Ukraine with international standards and modern realities.
