The influence of the state regulation of the institutional changes on the entrepreneurship’s economic security in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with chronology and characteristic features of the main institutional changes in Ukraine starting from the time of its independence. The ways of the state influence on the institutional changes at the cost of the state regulation (gradual changes and “institutional shocks”) are described separately. “Institutional shocks” are singled out as the leading way in the institutional changes regulations by the state in the country. The main problems of ineffective and half-baked institutional changes in Ukraine conducted by the state are also defined in the research. The article claims that detected problems of the state regulation of the institutional changes in the country affect the economic security of entrepreneurship. This process, in its turn, decreases the possibilities of entrepreneurship’s development, economic potential realization and leads to additional expenses and reduction of income and, as a result, profits and profitability of the local economic entities. The central role of the state regulation of institutional changes in the system of economic security of Ukrainian entrepreneurship is stated based on the essence of the term “entrepreneurship’s economic security in the state” and “the system of entrepreneurship’s economic security in the state” as well as their characteristics. The influence of the state regulation of institutional changes on the system of entrepreneurship’s economic security in Ukraine (negative) is studied. The ways to eliminate negative influence of the state regulations of the institutional changes on the system of entrepreneurship’s economic security in the state are suggested.
