THE INSTITUTE OF CASSATION REVIEW OF TRIAL ACTS IN THE COMMERCIAL LAW PROCESS UNDER THE NEW RULES

Abstract
The scientific article deals with the study of the rules of cassation review of judicial acts in the commercial law process in the light of recent changes to the commercial procedural legislation. Based on the analysis of the norms of the current commercial procedural legislation of Ukraine, the theory of economic procedural and civil procedural law, conclusions are made regarding the content of the cassation review institution, the rules of admission of the case to the cassation review, and outlined the problematic issues of application of the norms of commercialprocedural legislation in the part of cassation review. The ways of solving problematic issues of cassation proceedings in the commercial law process are offered.
