THE INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DIDACTIC MANAGEMENT IN THE TRAINING OF PHYSICISTS MASTERS

Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the integrative approach to the achieving of the goals and the objectives of the didactic management. The integrative approach to education, on the one hand is aresponse to the current challenges of a globalized world. On the other hand, it is a necessary condition for upgrading of the content and the process of modern teachers in the system of higher education. The didactic management is a component of the methodical preparation of future teachers of physics. The realization of its goals and tasks provides the learning about the scientific principles of management of teaching and learning activities of students. The integrative approach is regarded as one of the methodological approaches. It involves the unity of theoretical and practical components of the training; a harmonious combination of knowledge from different training cycles: fundamental, social, humanitarian and professionaly-oriented; the integrative nature of the result of preparation, which is a didactic competence of management.
