THE INTENSIFICATION OF PEDAGOGICAL WAYS OF FORMATION THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE AGROENGINEERS

Abstract
Introduction. According to the concept of competence-based learning in High Agricultural Educational Institution, the main criteria of productive pedagogical activity is its orientation on the formation of professional competence of experts. Given this the attention is intensified to the creation of pedagogically appropriate conditions of professional training of future agroengineers. Methods. When conducting the research were used methods of analysis the programming, modeling, abstraction, synthesis, systematisation, comparison and practical approbation. Results. At the College of State Agrarian and Engineering University in Podilya systematically conducted pedagogical conditions of formation the professional competence of agroengineers, the experimental validation of which confirms their efficiency in the formation and development of professional competence of future specialists, as well as in the methodological development of professional competence of pedagogical personnel of the Department "Agroengineering". The deep partial analysis and systematization the results of professional training the future agroengineer encourages the detection of factors inhibiting the formation of their professional competence and ways of eliminating them. Prospects. In scientific materials is presented the technique of intensification the pedagogical ways of formation the professional competence of future agroengineers in higher agricultural educational institutions (HAEI). The example of organization the teachers’ pedagogical activities of the College is proposed that will help accelerate the transformation of the educational system in accordance with the requirements of the priority development of agribusiness.
