THE MAIN PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF A SOCIO-JUSTICE STATE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting the main obstacles preventing the construction of a social justice state in Ukraine. The categorical features of the social justice are considered from the economic and legal point of view. The system components of state regulation instruments are analyzed in four main spheres of life: legal, administrative, socio-economic and environmental. In each of these areas identified problem points, which most of all prevent the reorientation of our state to the social justice. Based on the research results, a conclusion was drawn on the need to introduce mechanisms of active social policy at the national and local levels simultaneously with the increase in the pace of economic development, in particular by adopting European experience and shifting social accents from nationwide towards personal incomes
