Abstract
The article is devoted to disputes about the object of impeding the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during the special period and the definition of the types of such objects. Applies a conceptual approach to the understanding of the object of crime as a social relationship, which corresponds to strategy of development in Ukraine of civil society.
