The Obligations of the Purchaser and the Vendor in Islamic Subjective Jurisprudence and Law

Abstract
During the purchase contract and its obligations , the purchaser and the vendor are committed to satisfy the subject of the sale against a price . The purchase can be in the form of cash or on credit with their own conditions . There has been some qualities and conditions for the object of sale in the subjective law such as tax , the power to submission of the purchaser , legitimate interest and so on . The object of the sale has its own conditions such as : time , place , and the expense . The price of the transaction must be set by the customer or his agent . The conditions of the contract termination with its options can be a part of the committed concluders .
