Abstract
The culture of pedagogical communication is a factor of students’ preparation to organize the pupils’ intercultural interaction. This activity creates a pedagogical dialogue, prepares the students to work in a multi-ethnic class, and educates tolerance, interest to the cultural heritage of other nations, respect for their traditions. This problem was investigated in the following perspectives: optimization of future teachers’ professional training (N. Bibik, A. Bogush, N. Kichuk, N. Nychkalo, O. Savchenko), development of general and specific pedagogical skills (I. Bogdanova, A. Lynenko, S. Litvinenko, L. Sushchenko). The culture of pedagogical communication is a mean of students’ preparing to ensure effective intercultural interaction: future teacher identifies humanistic values, has extensive knowledge of linguistic and communicative norms, ability to organize children’s activities based on mutual respect, mutual support. The teacher shows kindness, sensitivity, understanding, attention to the specific needs of each pupil. The interactive teaching methods have a high degree of clarity, they have the potential of intensification of linguistic material in speech situations that simulate a real pedagogical process in a multicultural classroom. The requirements for the organization of interactive training of future teachers are: to involve all students to communicative activities, exchange views; to create comfort in the audience. Thus, the culture of pedagogical communication ensures the development of students’ humanistic values, knowledge about the multi- ethnic communication. Key words: the culture of pedagogical communication, intercultural communication of pupils, interactive learning.
