THE ORDER OF PAYMENT OF INSURANCE INDEMNITY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the procedure and conditions for payment of insurance compensation. The essence of the concepts "insurance payment" and "insurance compensation" is defined. The total net insurance payments and net insurance payments were analyzed in terms of types of insurance in 2014-2016. Leaders of net insurance payments among types of insurance are defined. The rating of insurance companies for compensation payments for this species is given.
