THE ORIGINS OF THE IDEA OF HUMAN RIGHTS PROTECTION IN ANTIQUITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the origin and development of the idea of Human Rights Protection in Antiquity. The origin and development of this idea analyses in the context of its genesis. It is argued that the Human Rights idea (the idea of justice, the idea of freedom and the idea of equality rights) amounted to the idea of human rights protection.
