THE PATIENT’S RIGHT TO MEDICAL SECRET IN UKRAINE: THE ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the patient's right to medical secret in Ukraine. The current state of the regulatory groundwork for the patient’s right to medical secret is studied and the content of this right in the administrative-legal aspect are analyzed. The expediency of optimization of ensuring the patient's right to medical secret in Ukraine is substantiated by improving the institute of administrative responsibility.
