The peculiarity of metaphorical imagery in Ye. Pluzhnyk’s poetry

Abstract
The article deals with the functioning of the metaphor in Y. Pluzhnyk’s lyrics and highlights the universal typological features of this trope. The emotional gamma of the lyrical hero is analyzed. The peculiar metaphorical imagery is characterized as one of the most characteristic features of the poetic world. The conceptual context of the author’s poetry, which proves the polysemantics of his metaphors, is studied.
