The position international standards on the rights of prisoners to prison for humane treatment and respect for their human dignity

Abstract
In the article the position of international standards on the rights of prisoners to prison for humane treatment and respect for their human dignity. It is alleged that the international community is interested not only and not the statutory safeguards against ill-treatment, as a practical position in the treatment of prisoners. Singled out the positive international experience that can be borrowed for implementation in Ukraine.
