The possibilities of compensating the electric field strength of external insulation of high-voltage gas-filled current transformers

Abstract

There have been proposed methods of intensity distribution regulation along external isolator of gas-filled current transformers. In the offered methods the column from sequentially connected insulators is considered, the principal circuit elements of substitution selected a certain capacity of a separate part of the reference isolation center and its partial capacities on the earth and conductive elements. Thus, it was concluded a possibility of improving of intensity distribution regulation and reduction of non-uniformity of an electric field.
