THE POSSIBILITIES OF USING PAIRED CATEGORIES IN THE STUDY OF THE CRIMINALIZATION OF THE PERSONALITY AND PERSONALITY OF THE OFF ENDER

Abstract
The article explores the possibilities for a more in-depth study of the person of a criminal and the criminalization of a person. Criminology as a complex science uses the knowledge of many sciences that study the person, the person with deviant behavior and the the person of a criminal. Many scientists think that such a foreshortening of research is the best for achieving the applied goals of the criminology. But the insufficiently high effectiveness of practical counteraction to crime requires an expansion of the theoretical base and improvement of methodological approaches to solving this problem. To gain knowledge at the highest level of generalization, criminology uses the most general philosophical categories. For example, paired concepts: «objective» – «subjective». As their synonyms are used also categories «external» – «internal», but their semantic content and interaction from the standpoint of the science of philosophy are not taken into account. Analysis of the concept of the person of a criminal and the criminalization of the person using the categories «internal» and «external» will contribute to the development of the theory of criminological science and the solution of practical issues of increasing the effectiveness of crime prevention.
