THE PRINCIPLE OF NON-DISCRIMINATION IN REVUGEE LAW

Abstract
In the article the principle of non-discrimination investigated in the status of the general norm of modern international law. The legal nature of principle of non-discrimination as norms of international law is related to the agreement, will states regarding its recognition as an obligatory code of conduct, which is expressed in the form of an international treaty. The article allocated this principle as sectorial principle of international human rights law.
