THE QUESTION CONCEPT OF GENESIS OF BUSINESS PROCESS

Abstract
Purpose is to explore the concept of business process for further use in the transition to process-oriented management system. Methodology of research. Methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis and critical thinking were the basis for determining the standard quality parameters for evaluating the individual business processes in the enterprise. Based on the above methods of the main tendencies, efficiency, business processes defined proposal to improve the development of the company and the subsequent transition to process-oriented management system. Findings. Done justify the relevance of identifying and describing business processes for the implementation of process-oriented management system in the workplace. The concept of the business process, showing its necessity for the successful operation of the business, helping to structure and build an effective management system, and then transfer it to process-oriented. Originality. Proposed the author's vision category "business process", in contrast to the existing definitions include the possibility of optimal use of resources, competencies and competitive advantage. The first time the graphical business process model that visualizes organic link business process with external and internal environment. Practical value lies in the possibility of a conceptual model of the business process in practice in the implementation of process-oriented management system, namely, in determining the boundaries of business processes, hierarchical relationships with internal and external environment. This helps companies analyze their operations and determine a list of their key business processes and enables and should be used to describe business processes in the enterprise. Using the process of grouping and structuring quality parameters enables more precise planning and control of the company that provides transparency and opportunity to improve its effectiveness. The results can be almost directly used by enterprises and external consultants in the development and implementation of process-oriented management system.
