The regulation of capital market in foreign countries: experience for the development of Ukraine's financial system

Abstract
The basic directions of regulating of international investment based on a generalization of centuries-old world experience of export and import of capital in the international economy are presented. Measures on liberalization of foreign trade activities providing and improving of the efficiency of controls for capital movement are considered. It is proved that one of the important mechanisms of regulation of foreign loan capitals is to regulate exchange rates.
