The right of communication for the public regarding copyright: his legal sources and their articulation

Abstract
With the development of the Internet and the new technologies, the protection of the rights of authors becomes necessary for the authors, the composers, the painters and any multimedia industry. The present article is dedicated to the analysis of the legal sources of the right of communication to the public regarding rights of authors by the example of France and demonstrates all complexity of the question.
