THE RIGHT TO HUMAN DIGNITY: CONTRACT AND GUARANTEE

Abstract
The article deals with important theoretical questions of the essence and guarantees of the right to human dignity. The emphasis is on the necessity of its inclusion in the mechanism of protection of human and citizen's rights and freedoms. It is concluded that dignity should be considered as a subjective right and a holistic legal institution that is of special significance and needs scientific development.
