The right to life and the institute of euthanasia

Abstract
In this article, the author considers the right to life - as the primary basic right in the system of personal human rights. Historical aspects of the development of the institution of the right to life, as well as current legal issues relating to the very moment when the right to life arises for a person, the problems of the further realization of the right to life, and the termination of the right are considered in the article. The author's concept of the definition of “right to life” is provided. The analysis of legal acts dedicated to certain aspects of the right to life has been carried out. Based on the issues related to ”The right to human life” an approach to understanding of the topic of euthanasia in jurisprudence has formed. This interaction is investigated by the author. The article looks into theoretical and practical aspects of understanding of the human right to life and limits of administration of the law
