THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL INSTRUMENTS IN DETERMINING THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE PROSECUTOR IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the author attempts to determine the norms of international legal acts and their role in securing guarantees the independence of the prosecutor in Ukraine. The author was concluded that international instruments is the foundation on which the reform of the prosecution, including the definition of guarantees of independence of the prosecutor in the new prosecutor’s office. The provisions of the international regulations correspond to the level of most modern democratic and legal state. Therefore, in terms of reforming the prosecution Ukraine is important to the proper implementation of rules of law acts in our country.
