The role of labor law in the providing social security in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of social security as a legal phenomenon and the search of ways of world strengthening and harmony among the participants in labor relations. It is affirmed in the research that the improvement of labor legislation should help to achieve a balance of interests between workers, employers and the state, but the lack of such balance of interests creates risks and threats for social security. It is emphasized that under the social security we should understand the dynamic condition of labor life, where the employee by realization his abilities to work, is able to provide a decent existence for himself and for members of his family in the current and future life.
