THE ROLE OF PROCEDURAL COERCION IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS

Abstract
The article examines the role of procedural coercion in the implementation of administrative proceedings, as an integral part of the procedure for handling cases in administrative courts, is used to ensure strict compliance with the rules of the administrative process by all its participants.
