THE ROLE OF STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS OF "GREEN" FINANCES IN FINANCIAL SYSTEMS OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES: EXPERIENCE FOR UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the experience of leading countries in the use of various instruments of "green" finance in order to ensure sustainable development and preservation of the climate; The ways of using this experience in Ukraine in modern conditions are indicated; the conditions for obtaining our country financial assistance from international environmental funds and financial organizations for solving environmental problems are explored. The authors state that "green" finances include different branches of finance and financial products, which can be grouped into three directions: 1) infrastructure financing; 2) financial assistance to industries and companies; 3) financial markets. Climatic finances and structural elements such as climatic investment and climate finance innovations are proven to be components of green finance.
