THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR DURING THE CONDUCTING OF THE SECRET INVESTIGATIVE (SEARCH) ACTIONS ACCORDING TO THE PRISM OF THE PRACTICAL PROBLEMS

Abstract
The status of the prosecutor as the procedural leader of the pre-trial investigation is analyzed in the article. The role of the prosecutor in observing of the lawfulness and ensuring the rights of the citizens during the conducting of the SISA is determined. The problems of the law regulation and practice action of the prosecutor during the proceedingsof the SISA are singled out. The ways of their solution are offered.
