THE ROLE OF TRAINING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract
The article considers the role of training technologies in the process of studying at universities. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the essence and to consider the possibilities of using the training in the process of training future social workers. The task of the article is: definition of the concept of training, the characteristics of its main components, analysis of advantages compared with other methods of training. The author thinks that training is a form of active learning, the purpose of which is the transfer of knowledge, the development of professional skills and skills. It is noted that the training allows forming future social workers the following professional skills: the ability to establish contact with the client; establishing communication and removing barriers in communicating with clients; active listening skills; orientation in the client's situation; removal of emotional stress; the ability to argue their point of view, etc. The article describes the experience of introducing training technologies in the study of such disciplines: «Technology of social work», «Workshop on social work», «Social prevention», etc. The author stresses that it is with the help of the training that it is possible to successfully submit the necessary theoretical material, as well as develop the necessary skills and behaviors. The introduction of trainings can be useful for students of different specialties, and especially for those whose professional activities will be related to interaction with other people. After all, such areas of work of the specialist require the developed communicative qualities and professional skills of interaction with other people, which can be achieved through active learning
