THE SEMANTIC CLASSIFICATION OF MOTION VERBS IN REPORTED SPEECH (BASED ON MODERN ANGLOPHONE ARTISTIC PROSE)

Abstract

The article deals with the functioning of motion verbs in reported speech. Their semantic classification has been developed and the most important features of the motion verbs in the representative function have been outlined. The representative function coefficient in motion verbs has been defined.
