Abstract
The article deals with scientific research aimed at studying the administrative-legal aspects of the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms. Considering the purpose, objects, subject and scientific novelty of the research, the main results obtained by the national scientists during the writing of the dissertation robot are summarized. Unresolved issues were identified and directions for further scientific research were identified.
