The state policy on the implementation of mechanisms for managing the innovative development of education and science in Ukraine.

Abstract
The issues of implementation of the basic principles of the formation of the model of activation of the innovative development of education and science in Ukraine are considered. The problems are analyzed and strategic directions of the state policy on innovative development of the education system and its interaction with science and business are presented for further implementation at local levels. It is substantiated that improvement of planning should be implemented at each stage of innovative development using the appropriate model, which should cover the whole process – from generating innovations to assessing the effect of their implementation. In order to promote the definition and implementation of a unified state policy on the innovative development of education and science, it is proposed to create a Coordination Center for the Innovative Development of Education and Science as a collegial body whose function should be the development and implementation of public policy mechanisms in the sphere of innovative development of education and science based on the implementation of the idea of interaction of its stakeholders.
