THE STYLE APPROACH AS AN IMPORTANT CONDITION FOR THE FORMATION OF TEACHER COMPETENCE – FUTURE TEACHERS OF PHYSICS

Abstract
The article explained in detail the concept of style, cognitive style, and the style of thinking. It is proved that ignoring the teacher influence the cognitive styles of students in the organization of learning and cognitive activity significantly reduces the quality of training of students, makes it impossible to make effective use of their intellectual resources. It was revealed that the development of students' thinking depends on the individual characteristics of the trajectory of formation of thinking. But the degree of development of the considered characteristics closely associated with individual cognitive style of a particular person - a student encodes the information as it processes, and what style of the problem in his dominant. The peculiarities of the students left hemisphere of encoding information and hemispheric type of thinking, disclosed the specifics of styles of information processing in the context of the development of thinking. The directions of activity of the teacher to implement stylistic approach in the educational process.
